A marvellous morning of coffee and wine tasting in Margaret River

We kick start the day at Yahava Koffee Works. The good people at Yahava are passionate about coffee, and take us through a tasting of their range. They travel worldwide looking for the best coffee beans which are roasted in house.

We then visit a winery, usually Redgate but sometimes Xanadu or Stella Bella, sampling some incredible wines from respected and award-winning wineries.

Then we head north to a beautiful little Extra Virgin Olive Oil producer Olio Bello. After that it’s time to stop for a relaxing lunch and cleansing ale a local brewery, we usually like to visit Cowaramup Brewery or Black Brewing Co. Not sure which beer to order? They’re all fantastic so grab a tasting paddle or share one with a friend to savour the range. Not a beer drinker? Rest assured, they have a list of excellent Margaret River reds, whites and sparkling wines to choose from.

Indulge in delicious Margaret River produce

After lunch you’ll experience some sensational local produce intertwined with some of the regions top cellar doors. We taste cheese at the Margaret River Dairy Company and chocolate from the much-loved Margaret River Chocolate Company. We typically visit two cellar doors in the afternoon. A few of our favourites include Fermoy Estate, Brookwood Estate, Vasse Felix, Amelia Park, Fraser Gallop, Willespie & Knotting Hill.

Throughout the day you’ll also appreciate the incredible natural beauty of Margaret River’s lush forests, rolling hills and opulent vineyards. It’s one of Australia’s most stunning wine regions. We drive through natural Australian bush and we will possibly see some kangaroos. The tour finishes when we drop you back safely to your accommodation at the end of the day.

We’ll pick you up

We pick-up from your accommodation in Margaret River, Prevelly, Gnarabup, or within a 10 km radius.

For pick-ups further afield there is a set transfer fee, depending upon the distance we have to travel from Margaret River.  Transfer fee waived for group bookings of four adults or more.

Glowing guest reviews

Here’s a few fantastic reviews that our guests have left on Tripadvisor – thanks all for your kind words!

Fantastic full day tour – don’t miss out.
We had such a great day. Jon was a great guide, fun and full of knowledge on the area, with great background information and stories on the wineries, local identities and history. We were on time for everything without being rushed and had plenty of time at each stop. We had a very diverse group, yet everyone felt included and we were each able to do our own thing. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone who visits Margaret River.

Booking a full day wine tour the whole company is a LOT of pressure and I really wanted to get it right haha! After various quotes and conversations we booked McLeod – the process was so easy and they were so accommodating to our needs for the day. On the day we had Lincoln as our tour guide who was just great. He was so knowledgeable and even managed to make the trips between stops fun! The stops we had were perfect and we never felt rushed or like we did not have enough time. Lincoln’s photography skills were AMAZING and this was such a great value add that he was able to take some pics for us and airdrop them straight through. We finished the trip with a stop at his families property to feed their horses which we all absolutely loved. I can’t wait to do another tour with McLeod!! Thank you for such a memorable day 🙂
