The three-day Margaret River tour departing from Perth City was the one I went on. Our tour guide, Rob, was really helpful and friendly from the beginning. Everyone on the bus loved him, and he shared his knowledge with us so we could better appreciate our voyage. Rusty then drove us back to Perth. He was wonderfully helpful and full of insightful information, so we really valued having two incredible tour guides. We were extremely fortunate. A great tour. Highly recommended. We took the Indian Pacific across to Perth then joined McLeod's Tours for 3 days in Margaret River. We were picked up in a comfy van. Highly recommend McLeod Tours. Nothing was too much trouble and their local knowledge was fantastic. Unbeatable Margaret River McLeod Tours experience. Thank you McLeod tours for a wonderful Margaret River experience. A top class tour by highly professional and extremely personable guides, Lincoln and Neil McLeod. We loved every minute from the pick up with Lincoln in the comfortable 15 seater bus – not crowded as only 12 in the group. The personal and comprehensive commentary combined a knowledge of the history and the attractions of the area. The organisation and timing was superb, the food offered delicious and the experiences from wine and chocolate tasting to a visit to an underground cave to a lighthouse climb were well chosen and thoroughly enjoyable. We are very happy to recommend this super family business.

The McLeod family has long been part of the region’s story – from the early days of farming and cave guiding to today’s thoughtfully curated tours. That passion for sharing Western Australia began well before McLeod Tours was founded in Margaret River, with decades spent guiding in the rugged landscapes of Exmouth and the Coral Coast.
Today, we take pride in offering intimate, small-group experiences that connect guests with the landscapes, flavours and people that make this corner of the state so special.

What You Need to Know

How many people are in each group?

We keep our tours small and personal — with a maximum of 16 guests. Most tours average between eight and 12 people so you’ll enjoy plenty of space and personal connection.

Where do tours depart from?

We pick up from Perth CBD hotels or designated meeting points.

What if I’m travelling solo?

We often welcome solo travellers on our tours — it’s a great way to meet like-minded people in a relaxed, small group setting. A single supplement does apply to cover your private accommodation, but you’ll be well looked after and part of the group from day one.

Are evening dinners included?

Evening meals are not included in the tour price. However, guests can enjoy dining at The Common, a relaxed on-site restaurant at Margaret’s Beach Resort.

Where is the accommodation?

The Margaret River 3 Day Escape includes two nights at Margaret’s Beach Resort, just a short stroll from the ocean.
