Hop on the back of a 1962 Bedford, enjoy billy tea & meat the locals.

Jump aboard our classic 1962 four-wheel drive Bedford Truck which Neil lovingly restored. Enjoy a billy of tea and Coralie’s homemade orange cake on the family farm while you see wild kangaroos in their native habitat. Tours run from October to April/May (depending on weather conditions), and depart 2.5 hours prior to sunset. Pick-up can be arranged from the car park behind the Margaret River Visitor Centre.

*This can be at 5.30pm in the middle of summer or as early as 3.00pm in late autumn, please confirm departure time when booking.

Meeting places – Margaret River Visitors Centre or the Information Bay at the corner of Caves Rd and Wallcliffe Road

Neil boils the ‘billy’ on the banks of the picturesque Dudley Creek for a steaming cup of billy tea or coffee to go with Coralie’s home baked orange cake. He usually has a few stories about what life was like growing up in Margaret River.

We  can't leave without saying hello to Neil's horses and they love meeting new people. Neil has had a passion for horses since he was a young boy when his mother (Bernice) taught him to ride on this very property.
