No, our vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps. Guests must be able to ascend and descend a few steps to board and disembark the bus.

Yes, walking aids such as a cane, walking stick, or lightweight frame are welcome and can be stored in the vehicle during travel. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing one.

Yes, our friendly guides are happy to offer a steady hand when boarding or exiting the vehicle. However, guests should be comfortable with a small number of steps and short walks on uneven ground.

This is a relaxed-paced tour with short walks at wineries, scenic lookouts, and attractions. Most stops have accessible paths, though some may have gravel surfaces or mild inclines.

Many of the wineries and key attractions we visit have good general access, but not all are fully wheelchair accessible. We’re happy to provide more details about specific stops on request.

99% of our Margaret River Three Day Escape tours stay at Margarets Beach Resort, which features 55 self-contained apartments. Of these:

• 9 apartments have walk-in showers
• 5 of those are on the ground floor
• 4 are on the first floor (accessible via stairs)

The remaining rooms have a shower over a bath.

If a walk-in shower or ground floor apartment is preferred, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
