Settle in for an intimate tasting at Idée Fixe, Margaret River’s dedicated house of sparkling wine. With a knowledgeable host guiding the experience, you’ll taste five carefully crafted cuvées alongside a cheese pairing and learn more about the time-honoured méthode traditionnelle. Finish with a glass of Premier Brut or Brut Rosé in the courtyard, a lovely way to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.
